Plans and call caps
How Genius Care tiers work: the included call cap per plan, how the pricing page picks a tier from your volume, what happens past the cap, and payback.
Updated
Genius Care is priced by included call volume, not per minute. Three published tiers cover up to 2,000 calls a month; above that it is an enterprise conversation. Every number on this page is the same number the pricing page uses, because both read from one source.
The tiers
| Tier | Price | Included calls / month | EMR access | SLA | BAA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $149 / mo | 100 | Browser only | Best effort | No |
| Pro | $499 / mo | 500 | Browser + 1 API | 99.5% uptime | No |
| Practice | $1,499 / mo | 2,000 | Browser + unlimited API | 99.9% + named contact | Included |
| Enterprise | Custom | No published cap | Custom | Custom | Included |
USD, billed monthly.
How the pricing page picks a tier
The rate card's meter runs one rule: the cheapest tier whose included cap covers your monthly volume. 100 calls or fewer is Starter, 101 to 500 is Pro, 501 to 2,000 is Practice, and anything above 2,000 is an enterprise quote. The hex gauge next to the price shows how much of that tier's cap your volume uses.
If you do not know your volume, count a normal week's inbound calls (answered plus missed) and multiply by 4.3.
Past the cap
Calls beyond your tier's cap are billed at a per-call average that is shown on your dashboard in real time, so there are no overage surprises at month end. The average is not published on the pricing page because it depends on your call mix; you see it before you exceed the cap, not after.
Changing tiers
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
The payback math
The pricing page has a calculator. It nets the revenue you would recover against the tier the meter picked:
booked visits / month = unanswered calls per day × 21 business days × share that would have booked
revenue recovered = booked visits × value of one visit
net / month = revenue recovered − tier price
The defaults in the calculator are placeholders, not benchmarks: move all three to your own numbers. The "covers the tier after N booked visits" line is simply the tier price divided by your visit value, rounded up.
Outcome-based contracts
For enterprise engagements we can price per booked appointment instead of per call. Talk to us to scope one.
