These terms govern your use of supergeniuslabs.ai (the "Site"), operated by Super Genius Labs ("SGL", "we"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial review of our products and services. You may not abuse the voice demo (e.g., automated traffic, bypassing rate limits). We may revoke access at our discretion.
Voice demo
The voice demo is a non-production simulation. It uses a synthetic practice profile with no real patient data. Do not transmit personally identifiable health information through it. We may terminate sessions that appear abusive.
Forms and email
Information you submit via forms is sent to us by email and may be stored in our customer relationship tools. We will not sell or share this information.
Product offerings
Genius Care and any other products referenced on this Site are governed by their own master services agreements, business associate agreements (where applicable under HIPAA), and order forms. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer absent a signed agreement.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
